Refund policy

At OtakuTCG, all sales are final. Due to the rare and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from what was described in the listing.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram @OtakuTCG.ae or email OtakuTCG.ae@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved disputes will be handled on a case by case basis.

Graded items (PMG, NGC) are sold as graded. OtakuTCG.ae is not responsible for differences in personal opinion on condition or value.

Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at the door without prior communication will be blacklisted from future purchases.
